Dashboard settings are managed from within the settings section accessible by clicking on the “Settings” button on the top right of the dashboard view. You can set the dashboard to auto refresh from the settings menu. This is demonstrated in the slideshow below, as well as a text tutorial beneath the slideshow.
Click <span class=""><i><b> Settings </b></i>on the Dashboard</span>
Click the <span class=""><i><b>Auto Refresh </b></i>drop down menu to change refresh preferences</span>
Click <span class=""><i><b> On </b></i>(or off). This means that you can choose between having your information updated periodically or only when refreshed.</span>

You can choose from 30 seconds to five minutes; we chose 30 seconds. Click <b><i>Save </i></b><i></i>when finished.
That's it. You're done.
To navigate to dashboard settings, click Settings on the dashboard
This will give you the ability to turn Auto Refresh on or off
Turning Auto Refresh on will require you to set a Refresh Rate
Click Save when finished
