Everflow Tracking platform has a robust alert management and delivery system.  Alerts are tailored to set thresholds that can be defined in the system and the alerts are delivered into specific accounts that are configured to receive them.  When new alerts are delivered, the alert badge lights up on the alert icon on the top right of the page.  The alert creation, viewing, editing and dismissal process is shown in the slideshow below, and the text tutorial beneath the slideshow.



Alerts can be viewed in two ways: by clicking the notifications icon in the top right which shows new alerts or by selecting <b><i>Network</i></b><i></i> and clicking&nbsp;<b><i>Alerts</i></b><i></i>. The former will be demonstrated first.

The alert pane on the right shows notifications from alerts in chronological order. To mark as read, click the eye icon

To view the alert, click it

At this time, there are no new pending requests. Click<span class=""><i><b> General</b></i> for more alert information</span>

In addition to <b><i>General&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>information, there is also information given on <b><i>Stats</i></b><i></i>,&nbsp;<b><i>Revenue &amp; Payout</i></b><i></i>,<b><i> Tracking &amp; Control</i></b><i></i>, etc. Click click<span class=""><i><b>&nbsp;Edit</b></i> to make changes to the alert.</span>

You can change the&nbsp;<b><i>Name, Status, Advertiser, Category, </i></b>and<b><i> Destination URL.</i></b><i></i> You can also go on to change&nbsp;<b><i>Revenue &amp; Payout, Tracking &amp; Controls, Targeting,&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>etc. Once finished, click&nbsp;<b><i>Save</i></b>

The other way to view alerts is by clicking<span><i><b>&nbsp;Network</b></i> and selecting</span>&nbsp;<span><i><b>Alerts</b></i> from the drop down menu<i><b></b></i></span>

Here is a list of existing alerts. Click<span class=""><i><b>&nbsp;Add Alert</b></i> to add a new one.<i><b></b></i></span>

There are many types of alerts in different categories that can be set. We chose to create a Hit Click Cap alert.<i></i>

Select&nbsp;<b><i>Alert name</i></b><i></i>, we chose Uber Click Cap<i></i>

Select&nbsp;<b><i>Status</i></b><i></i>, we chose&nbsp;<span><i><b>Active </b></i></span>

Select an <b><i>Offer</i></b><i></i>, we chose<span class=""><i><b>&nbsp;(40) Adjust Test </b></i></span>

Select&nbsp;<b><i>Caps Type</i></b><i></i>, we chose a Daily cap. Fill in percent needed to trigger alert, and click&nbsp;<b><i>Add&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>when finished.

That's it. You're done.


Basics

  • Everflow’s smart notifications allow for custom notifications based on granular thresholds across the network
  • Alerts can be viewed one of two ways:
    • Clicking the notifications icon in the top right
    • Selecting Network>>Alerts


Alert Pane

  • New notifications can be seen by clicking the notifications icon in the top right
  • You can mark new notifications as read by clicking the eye icon
  • You can view the alert by clicking it


Alert List

  • To access your list of alerts, click Network>>Alerts
  • Here is a table of your alerts featuring supplemental information such as:
    • Type
    • Condition
    • Status
    • What it’s Linked To
    • Last Alert Sent
  • You can add an alert by clicking Add Alert


Add Alert

  • After clicking Add Alert you will be redirected to a page where you can select the type of alert you’d like to create
  • There are six different sections of alerts:
    • Caps
    • Invalid Clicks
    • KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
    • New Resources Created
    • Pending Requests
    • Fraud Check
  • Each of these sections feature various metrics to create alerts from
  • Click on the type of alert you’d like to set
  • Information needed for the alert varies depending on the type of alert selected


For Caps

  • Name the Alert
  • Select an Alert Status (Active/Inactive)
  • Alert by Email (Optional)
  • Select/Search for an Offer
  • Select a Type of Cap
  • Create a percentage value of cap required for alert to trigger
  • Click Add


For Pending Requests and New Resources Created

  • Name the Alert
  • Select an Alert Status (Active/Inactive)
  • Alert by Email (Optional)
  • Click Add


For Invalid Clicks, Fraud Checks, and KPIs

  • Name the alert
  • Select an Alert Status (Active/Inactive)
  • You can set an Alert by Email (Optional)
  • Select/Search for an Offer
  • Create a Threshold
  • Set a % of Cap required to trigger alert
  • Note: Fraud Checks ask for Affiliates instead of Offers, and KPIs require you to set a Lifespan for the alert
  • Click Add
