The steps below outline a simple step by step tutorial on how to create a new offer.  This tutorial walks through a simple offer that covers all required fields. There is also a text tutorial featured underneath the slideshow. 

The first step is to click <b><i>Offers</i></b> and then click <span class=""><i><b> Add&nbsp;</b></i>from the drop down menu.</span>

<b><i>Name</i></b> the new offer. We named it New Offer

Select a&nbsp;<b><i>Status,</i></b><i></i>&nbsp;we chose<span><i><b>&nbsp;Active</b></i></span><br>

Select an&nbsp;<b><i>Advertiser,</i></b><i></i> we chose&nbsp;<span><i><b>(10) Adjust Test </b></i></span>

Select a&nbsp;<b><i>Category</i></b><i></i>, we chose&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Betting </b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b> $ US Dollar&nbsp;</b></i>as a&nbsp;<b><i>Currency</i></b></span>

Fill in the&nbsp;<b><i>Destination URL</i></b>

Select whether or not the offer&nbsp;<b><i></i><i>Expires,</i></b><i></i> and click&nbsp;<b><i>Continue</i></b><i></i> when finished.

Select a&nbsp;<b><i>Ba</i></b><b style="font-style: italic;">se Revenue Type, </b>we chose&nbsp;<span><i><b>Revenue Per Action&nbsp;</b></i>and set it equal to $1.50</span>

Select a&nbsp;<b><i>Base Payout Type</i></b><i></i>, we chose&nbsp;<b><i>Cost Per Action</i></b><i></i> and set it equal to $1.25

You can add&nbsp;<b><i>Additional Events</i></b><i></i> by clicking&nbsp;<b><i>Add Event</i></b><i></i>. Otherwise, click&nbsp;<b><i>Continue</i></b><i></i>.

Select&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b><a href=""></a>&nbsp;</b></i>as the&nbsp;<b><i>Specific Tracking Domain</i></b></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b> HTTP Image Pixel</b></i> as the&nbsp;<b><i>Conversion Method</i></b><i><b></b></i></span>

The next few controls allow you to&nbsp;<b><i>Force SSL,&nbsp;</i></b><i></i><b><i>Support Deep Links,&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>or&nbsp;<b><i>Enable Caps.</i></b>

Select&nbsp;<b><i>Session Definition&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>and&nbsp;<b><i>Session Duration</i></b><i></i>. We chose&nbsp;<b><i>IP Address&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>and one hour. Click&nbsp;<b><i>Continue&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>when finished.

<b><i>Targeting</i></b><i></i> allows you to filter out irrelevant data. You can target users based on&nbsp;<b><i>Device Characteristics&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>(Platform, Device Type, Browser, OS Version, and Language) or&nbsp;<b><i>Geolocation</i></b><i></i> (Country, Region, City, DMA, and Mobile Carrier).

You can add and subtract targeting characteristics by the plus and minus signs next to them

We chose to target Mac OS and iOS users that use AT&amp;T in the US or Mexico. Click&nbsp;<b><i>Continue&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>when finished.

<span>This is where you can mange fail traffic redirects. Fail traffic is traffic that fails targeting filters or if the offer is capped out. You can&nbsp;<b><i>Enable Fail Traffic&nbsp;</i></b><i></i> by clicking so and then adding a redirect by clicking&nbsp;<b><i>Add Redirect</i></b></span><br>

Under <b><i>Files</i></b><i></i>, you can add&nbsp;<b><u></u></b><u><i></i></u><i><b></b></i><b><i>Thumbnails&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>or&nbsp;<b><i>Creatives. </i></b><i></i>Click<span class=""><i><b>&nbsp;Save&nbsp;</b></i>when finished</span>

That's it. You're done.


  • Add an offer by navigating to Offers>>Add
  • There are seven sections required to create an offer:
    • General
    • Revenue & Payout
    • Tracking & Controls
    • Attribution
    • Targeting
    • Fail Traffic
    • Files

Creating the Offer

Under General

  • Name the offer
  • Select a Status (Active, Pending, or Paused)
  • You can make it part of an offer group by checking the Offer Group box
  • Select an Advertiser. You can scroll through the list or search in the Advertiser box
  • Select a Category
  • Select a Currency
  • Create Destination URL
  • Click Continue

Under Revenue & Payout

  • Select Revenue Type
  • Select Payout Type
  • Add an Event if needed
  • Click Continue

Under Tracking & Controls

  • Tracking & Controls features three subsections:
    • Tracking
    • Caps
    • Controls
  • They give you more control over the quality of users and data
  • Click Continue

Under Attribution

  • There are five functions under Attribution:
    • Enable Attribution Session Tracking
    • 24metrics Tracker
    • Approve Conversions
    • Allow Duplicate Conversions
    • Apply Scrub Rate
  • These functions mainly regard conversions and preferences surrounding them
  • Click Continue

Under Targeting

  • Targeting allows you to filter out irrelevant users and data with the following six subsections:
    • Device Characteristics
    • Geolocation
    • Connection
    • IP Ranges
    • Traffic Filtering
    • Day Parting
  • These allow you to more accurately target users with more specific parameters
  • Click Continue

Under Fail Traffic

  • This section allows you to Enable Fail Traffic
  • If you wish to do so, you must add a redirect
  • You can do this by clicking Add Redirect
  • Click Continue

Under Files

  • This section allows you to add a Thumbnail or Creatives
  • Click Save when finished
