Manage Partners

Follow the steps below to manage your pending Partners. 

The first step is to click <b></b><i style="font-weight: bold;">Affiliates</i>&nbsp;<b><i></i></b><i></i>and select&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Manage&nbsp;</b></i>from the drop down menu</span>

Click <span class=""><i><b>Edit</b></i> on the control menu</span>

Here is the affiliate information. You can edit&nbsp;<b><i>Name, Account Manager,&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>and&nbsp;<b><i>Status.</i></b><i></i> All other sections are optional. Click&nbsp;<b><i>Save</i></b><i></i> when finished.

Here is the general information. Click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Visibility</b></i></span>

<b><i>Visibility</i></b><i></i>&nbsp;allows you to view Offer Status (Active or Pending), Offer Visibility (Private, Public, or Require Approval), and Can Run Offer (Yes or No). Click&nbsp;<b><u></u><i>Users.</i></b><br>

Under&nbsp;<b><i>Users,</i></b><i></i>&nbsp;you can see who is associated with the affiliate. Click <span><i><b>Postbacks</b></i></span>

<b><i>Postbacks&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>shows you the list of&nbsp;<b><i>Conversion&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>and&nbsp;<b><i>Post Conversion&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>events. Click <span><i><b>Pending Requests</b></i></span>

<b><i>Pending&nbsp;</i></b><i></i><b><i>Requests</i></b><i></i>&nbsp;shows you which requests are pending. There is one pending request. Click <span><i><b>API Keys</b></i></span>

Under&nbsp;<b><i>API Keys&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>you can check the&nbsp;<b><i>Status&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>of a key, along with who created it and when it was created. Click <span><i><b>API IPs</b></i></span>

Under&nbsp;<b><i>API IPs,</i></b><i></i>&nbsp;one can control who is able to call the API. When this section is empty, all IPs are allowed to call the API. To go back to the overview, click&nbsp;<b><i>General</i></b>

To get back to the list of affiliates, click <span class=""><i><b> Affiliates </b></i></span>

That's it. You're done.


  • To get to a list of Partners, click Partners > Manage. In this view, for existing Partners, you can add more columns to view additional data, click into the Partner to view or edit information, check the box to the left of the Partner to change the Partner status. 
  • You will also notice a tab for Pending Partners. Inside this view, you will see any Partners who have applied to your Network but have not been approved. 

Pending Partners: To approve or reject pending Partner, check the box to the left next to the Partner name and use the drop-down to apply your desired action. You can also update the default network Partner manager assigned to the pending Partner before approving them. You can implement this by using the three dots at the right side and enabling this for the individual Partner. 

Edit Partner

  • There are two ways to edit your Partner. 
    1. You may click on their name, and use the Edit button in the main view. 
    2. Or you may use the toggle on the far right to Edit, View Partner Report or Impersonate your Partner. There must be a user tied to the Partner in order to impersonate.
  • This will navigate you to a page that allows you to change the following:
    • Partner Name
    • Account Manager
    • Account Executive
    • Labels (Optional)
    • Status (Active/Inactive/Pending/Suspended)
    • Enable/Disable notifications
    • Currency
    • Traffic Source (Optional) for more data on this click here
    • Internal Notes (Optional)

  • In tabs 2: Address and 3: Billing, you will be able to edit those screens respectively
  • Click Save when finished

On the main Partner Information page

  • There are eleven sections of information when you select an Partner:
    • General
    • Visibility
    • Users
    • Postbacks
    • Offer Applications
    • Custom Settings
    • Scheduled Actions
    • Coupon Codes
    • API Keys
    • API IPs
    • Documents

Under General

  • This section displays cards that give a general overview of your Partner. You'll see basic info, an overall Stats card, Billing info, a drop-down for selecting tracking link for approved offers and a history of changes.

Under Visibility

  • The Visibility section features a table of Offers showing their Status (Active/Inactive), Visibility (Private/Public/Require Approval), and the ability to Run the Offer (Yes/No).
  • You can also generate multiple tracking links for one Partner by clicking the "Generate Tracking Links" button in the top right corner.
  • With the three dot toggle on the far right, you can also Block or Approve an Offer to be run.

Under Users

  • The Users section shows a table of Users that can access the Partner.
  • If you want to edit a user or change their password please click this button:

Under Postbacks

  • The Postbacks section shows two tables of Postbacks (Conversion and Post-Conversion) ordering them by Partner.
  • Other information such as Offer, Level (Global Partner/Global Offer/Specific), Status (Active/Inactive), Method (HTML/Postback), Postback URL, and HTML Code are also included in the tables.
  • You can add postbacks for that Partner from this page

Under Offer Applications

  • This section will show you all offer applications for this Partner. To approve an application, simply click the check box to the left and then approve in the dropdown menu above that column.

Under Custom Settings

  • You can see all Custom Payout & Revenue and Custom Caps in this page. You can edit them by clicking the three dots on the right or you can add them here as well.

Under Scheduled Actions

  • This tab will simply take you to the scheduled actions section under Network, for more info on this please click here.

Under Coupon Codes

  • This tab will take you to the coupon code section, for more info on that please click here.

Under API Keys

  • Here you will find a list of API Keys followed by their Status, who it was Created By, and Date Created.
  • You must generate a Partner API key in order for them to be able to use the Partner API. You can find the documentation here.

Under API IPs

  • This section shows which IPs are allowed to call the API.
  • All IPs can call the API if this is left empty.
  • To restrict usage, click Edit on the top right.
  • Clicking Edit will just allow you to add IPs that can call the API once access is restricted.
  • Click Add and then Save when finished.
