Manage Existing Advertisers

Here is a slideshow outlining the steps necessary to manage existing advertisers. There is also a text tutorial featured underneath the slideshow.

To manage advertisers, click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Advertisers</b></i> and&nbsp;</span>select&nbsp;<span><i><b> Manage&nbsp;</b></i>from the drop down menu.</span>

<span class=""><i></i>Click on an advertiser. We chose&nbsp;<i><b>Doist (1)</b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b> Global Postback.</b></i> This will show you a postback link and instructions.</span>

Here is the link and instructions under <b><i>Global Postback.&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>You can see more information by clicking&nbsp;<b><i>History</i></b><i></i>

<b><i>History</i></b><i></i> shows you time stamps of Employee actions.

To edit settings on <b><i>General,&nbsp;</i></b>click <span class="component"><i><b> Edit </b></i></span>

Here you can change the&nbsp;<b><i>Name, Account Manager, </i></b>and<b><i> Status&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>of the Advertiser. Click&nbsp;<b><i>Save&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>when finished

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Users</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Add User </b></i></span>

Fill in&nbsp;<b><i>First/Last Name</i></b>

Select a&nbsp;<b><i>Status,&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>we chose&nbsp;<span><i><b>Active </b></i></span>

You can fill in optional information such as&nbsp;<b><i>Title&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>and&nbsp;<b><i>Work/Cell Phone&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>numbers

Add an <b><i>Em</i></b><b><i>ail</i></b>, select a <b><i>Timezone</i></b>, and click <span class=""><i><b> Add </b></i></span>

To get back to the menu, click <span class=""><i><b> Doist </b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Users</b></i></span>

Here is the user that was added. Next, click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Offers</b></i></span>

Here, the offers are featured. To add an offer, click <span class=""><i><b> Add Offer&nbsp;</b></i>(featured in another tutorial)</span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Sign Up</b></i></span>

<b><i>Sign Up&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>features&nbsp;the <b><i>S</i></b><b><i>ignup URL, URL Identifier, Logo, Terms and Conditions, and Description</i></b>. You can change these preferences by clicking&nbsp;<b><i>Edit.</i></b><i></i>&nbsp;To get back to the list of advertisers click&nbsp;<b><i>Advertisers</i></b><br>

That's it. You're done.


  • To navigate to a list of advertisers, click Advertisers > Manage
  • Here is a list of advertisers supplemented by their Status, Account Manager, and Today’s Revenue
  • To add more columns and see more data please click the "Columns" button on the left of the screen, to the left of the export button.

Edit Advertiser

  • There are two ways to edit an advertiser
    • Click the control(three dots on the right) menu and select Edit

    • Click on the name of an advertiser and click Edit next to General

  • Here you can change the Name, Status, Account Manager, Sales Manager, and Currency
  • Labels, Internal notes, Expose Affiliate Reporting Data, Verification Token, and Notes are optional
  • These are additional fields which can be used to store information regarding the Advertiser setup like Platform Name
    URL, UserName, Advertiser Reporting Timezone, Accounting Contact Email address

  • Click Save when finished

*Expose Affiliate Reporting Data will allow advertisers the ability to see blind affiliate IDs(not the affiliate name).*

This section will show you all the data you saved from above


This section shows you any changes made to the advertiser and who made them

Advertiser Postback

This section shows you your global advertiser postback url
Global Advertiser Pixel

This shows you your global advertiser tracking pixel. This is for cookie based tracking only.


This box shows you a snapshot of that advertiser's stats


This box shows you the Tax ID / VAT or SSN

Affiliate Visibility Settings

This box will allow you to block affiliates at the advertiser level. This means that even if an advertiser's offer is public that affiliate will not have access to it.

IPs Whitelist
This allows you to while list an IP that you will receive the postback url from for this advertiser's offers. This allows an additional level of security.

Domains Whitelist

This allows you to whitelist domains in which the advertiser is posting conversions to Everflow from
