How to Navigate, Save & Schedule a Report

The following guide serves to cover the more minute details of reporting. Since most reports have a very similar structure, this tutorial will explain certain aspects of the functionality of said structure that were not covered on other tutorials.

Featured below is essentially the main menu for reporting. Navigating this menu is integral to creating an accurate report. Each function will be explained in detail.

Date Range: The first step is to always Apply a Specific Date Range. This means setting a start date and an end date for your report. Certain reports (like Hourly and Click) allow you to set in specific hours as well as days. You can select from the calendar or choose one of the six shortcuts: Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Month to Date, Last Month, and Year to Date.

Filters: Filters allow you to target certain data based on Offer, Affiliate, Advertiser, etc. You an remove a Filter by "X"ing out the name. Please note that if you are search for Offers, Advertisers, Affiliates who have a status other then Active you will need to click on the gear image next to the search box and select All or Inactive.

Metric Filters: You can read about this functionality by going here. This is useful in many different situations where you might want to parse through data based on specific values within the metric columns.

Settings: Settings gives you the option to enable or disable conversions from Fail Traffic in your reporting, to change the Timezone and Currency.

Export: Now you are ready to run your report. You can run your report on the platform by clicking Run Report. Once report is ran you can Export the report. Everflow restricts in-platform tables to 5,000 rows. Once you hit Export, you will be asked which format you would like the data to be exported in.

Save: If you need to return to a report later, you can Save the Filters/Settings. Click the Save button, designate a Report Name, and click Save below. Now the custom Filters and Settings you have just set in place are saved under that report. Please note that the Time Interval will always be related to the day that in which the Saved report is re-loaded. For example if you set the Interval to Yesterday, and run the report on May 13th, the report will show results for May 12th. .

You can access this Saved Report by going to Reporting > Managed.

Schedule: This allows you to save and send the  report plus the Filters/Settings to yourself or other network users via email.  You can edit Scheduled reports by going to Reporting > Managed > Scheduled Reports.

  1. Time Interval: The time frame of the report based on when it is scheduled to be emailed.
  2. Format: Format in which the report will be sent.
  3. Ignore Fail Traffic: Enable or Disable toggle to include Fail Traffic data in the report.
  4. Frequency: How often the report will be emailed. Based on Frequency picked, you will be asked to select the hour or day in which the email of the report is sent.
  5. Include Additional Recipients: Select multiple network users or add emails that are not associated with a network account.

Load: You can load Saved or Scheduled reports by selecting the Report Name in the drop down menu. If you make updates to the Filter/Settings of any loaded report, you can save these changes by hitting Save.

Request Report: When you go to Reporting > Click or Reporting > Conversion and run a report, you will see the Request Report button. This button allows you to request a report that has too much data to load in the UI. This function allows you to be emailed a link to download the large report. You can edit or download Requested Reports by going to Reporting > Managed > Requested Reports.

  1. Conversion/Events: Allows you to select if you would like the report to include Conversions Only, Events Only, or Both.
  2. Include Additional Recipients: Select multiple network users or add emails that are not associated with a network account.

Copy Link to Report: This is a simple way to grab a URL with all the settings/filters of a report to share with another network user.
