Pending Offer Applications

In this article we will show you how pending offer applications work and how to manage them.


Basics

A pending offer application is generated when an offer's visibility is set to "Require Approval" in the Controls section in the Tracking & Controls tab when you edit or add an offer

When this is set to require approval the affiliate will have to apply for the offer in order to request to run it. 

Once they apply please follow these steps to approve them.

Step 1

Go to Affiliates > Offer Applications

Step 2

The page will look like this

Please then select the check box next to their name, and click the drop down that says "Apply to selected" and hit "Approve"

Step 3

At this point they will have access to the offer. If they have notifications turned on they will also receive a notification about this.
