Conversion Report

The following tutorial outlines the basics of the conversion report.

Step #1

To navigate to the conversion report, select Reporting then Conversion.

Step #2

To create an accurate report, begin with setting a date range. We set it to encompass the last 56 days. Now, the report will include all information after December 1st.

Pro tip - There are shortcuts for picking date ranges at the top. The shortcuts are Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Month to Date (MTD), Last Month, Year to Date (YTD).

Step #3

The next step is adding Filters. Filters allows you to narrow the data in the table by selecting certain metrics to be included in the report.

The following list are the filters available:

  • Offer
  • Advertiser
  • Affiliate
  • Creative
  • Offer Group
  • Campaign 
  • Affiliate Manager
  • Account Manager
  • Billing Frequency
  • Business Unit

We selected a few offers (Bigmac Android, Candy Crush Saga Android, and Clash of Clans Android) and a few of the advertisers (Intuit, King, and Machine Zone) to set as filters for the report. Click Save when finished.

The Settings tab allows you to change the Timezone and Currency of the report.

The Transaction ID tab allows you to list transaction line by line. Click Save when finished.

Step #6

As you can see, the filters are listed beneath the date range, Filters tab, and Run Report button. Now that all specifications are in place, click Run Report.

Step #7

Here is the final report. As you can see, there is only a Summary and a table of data. There is no performance chart. You can change the columns by selecting Columns, and you can reorder the data by clicking on one of them.

Step #8

The Apply to selected tab allows you to approve or reject these conversions manually. Simply select any conversion(s) and either select Set Approved or Set Rejected. It may take a few minutes to update.

Step #9

The button next to export controls which types of conversions are shown in the table. The default setting is to only show approved conversions. Once it is changed from Approved to Show All, the rejected and pending conversions were added to the table.

Step #10

Another important feature of reporting is the Export function. This allows you to take the raw data and export it to CSV or JSON. Clicking on the Exportbutton will give you the option to export in either CSV or JSON. Once you click the download will begin.
