Offer Management

The following tutorial will demonstrate the basics of offer management.

Step #1

You can navigate to the offers page by clicking Offers then Manage.

You can see extra information on the offers by clicking on the name of one.

Step #2

Here is the information on the offer. The General section has multiple subsections: General, Conversion Postback, Stats, Revenue & Payout, Affiliate Visibility Settings, Extra Destination URLs, Targeting, Tracking & Control, Attribution, Fail Traffic, and History.

General: shows general information about the offer such as ID, name, advertiser, status, destination URL, etc. The Schedule function allows you to deactivate the offer completely or for specific affiliates. The Copy function allows you to copy the offer, which will be added to the list of offers as offer name (copy).

Stats: in this subsection you can set a date range to check metrics like revenue, payout, margin, clicks, conversions, and conversion rate. You can also go directly to an offer report for this specific offer by clicking View Report.

Revenue & Payout: here you are able to see how revenue and payout are configured. You can change revenue and payout structures by clicking Edit.

Affiliate Visibility Settings: This feature shows which affiliates are blocked from seeing this offer. You can add affiliates to block by clicking Edit.

Extra Destination URLs: adding extra destination URLs is useful when an offer is displayed in multiple areas. You can do this by clicking Add.

Targeting: Here is where the offers that are targeted are listed. To change this list, simply click Edit.

Tracking & Control: This allows you to configure how the offer is tracked by showing visibility, conversion method, session definition, deep links, and others. It also shows which types of caps are set. These configurations can all be changed by clicking Edit.

Attribution: This subsection shows how the conversions are configured. You can set 'manually approve conversions', 'allow duplicate conversions', and a view through. Click Edit to change these configurations.

Fail Traffic: This shows whether or not fail traffic is enabled. You can enable it and set redirects by clicking Edit.

History: This subsection shows when any changes have been made and who made them.

Step #3

The next section is Tracking Links. You can create three types of tracking links: a tracking link, a test tracking link, and an impression tracking link. a tracking link tracks a click, a test tracking link does the same but is a test and has the option to ignore payment and revenue, and an impression tracking link tracks when an offer is ran/viewed.

Step #4

The fourth step is configuring creatives. The table below shows a list of creatives. You can change the columns by clicking Columns, you can download a csv by clicking CSV, and you can send the data by email by clicking Send by Email. You can add one or multiple creatives by clicking Add Creative, click file to add one creative or bulk to add multiple.

Step #5

The fifth step looks at Pending Applications. This section shows a list of pending applications. You can approve or reject these by selecting its check box and clicking Apply to selected, which will either let you approve or reject the application. You can download a csv of the data by clicking CSV, and you can change the columns by clicking Columns. You can also view approved, pending, rejected, or all applications by clicking Pending and changing the configuration.

Step #6

The next step is Custom Settings. You can add Custom Payout & Revenue, and Custom Caps. Custom Settings allow you to control the offer by manipulating these metrics. You can add other custom settings by clicking Add next to the section header, manipulate the columns by clicking Columns, and download a CSV of the information by clicking CSV.

Step #7

Step 7 encompasses Scheduled Actions, which allow for you to configure a setting that will execute a function later in time. You can create new ones by clicking Add Action.

Step #8

Step 8 shows the final section in offer configuration: postbacks. This section shows both conversion postbacks and postconversion postbacks. You can download a CSV of the table by clicking CSV, change the columns by clicking Columns, and show inactive/deleted postbacks by clicking Active and selecting another option.
