Offer Targeting

The following tutorial outlines how to configure targeting on offers.

Step #1

The first step is to navigate to the correct page; select Offers then Manage. Click on an offer.

Here is all the information on the offer. To get to targeting, click Edit.

Here is general information you can change. Click on the section header titled Targeting.

Step #4

Now you are under Targeting. Here, you can set which metrics to target. You can target based on Device Characteristics (Platform, Device Type, Browser, Old Version, and Language) or Geolocation (Country, Region, City, DMA, Mobile Carrier). Simply click on a metric to target and add or subtract them from targeting by clicking either + or -. Selected metrics will be put in a column to the right.

The sections below allow you to target based on Connection, IP Ranges, Traffic Filtering, and Day Parting. For Connection, you can choose between All, Mobile Only, and WiFi Only. You can target specific IPs or ranges by switching between Exact and Range. For Traffic Filtering, you must select a parameter and fill in the Match Type, Value, and Action. Day Parting allows you to select what day/time the Offer is active. If a click occurs outside of the designated day/time the user will go to a blank page. Simply flip the switch and select when you would like the offer to run.
