24metrics : Helpdesk


Step #1

Go to Control Center > Integrations and click on the Edit button in the 24metrics (https://24metrics.com/) card under the Fraud Detection tab

First step is to enter the reporting API token and user ID, these will be used when fetching the status of your conversions. Next, you can add one or more trackers that you previously defined in 24metrics. Once you are done, just hit the Save button located at the bottom-right of your screen.

Now that the 24metrivs is enabled, you can now enable the feature at the offer level. Under the Attribution tab, you will notice a new drop down that will allow you to select which tracker you want to enforce for this offer. Once a tracker is in place for an offer, all incoming conversions / events will be sent over to 24metrics for analysis and marked as pending. Only when we get a result from 24metrics that they will be either marked as approved or rejected

Step #4

Once the offer is saved, you will be able to confirm the 24metrics integration is now available in the Attribution card

Step #5

If a conversion was rejected by 24metrics, you will then have access to the reason why their system recommend we reject it. This is very handy and it allows you to pinpoint the exact and take the appropriate measures with the publisher.
