How to change a Partner's password

There are two ways you can assist a Partner to reset their password for their Everflow login. You can create a new password for them or trigger a password reset email to their inbox. 


1. Creating a new Password 


Step 1

Go to Partners > Manage > Click on the Partner > Select Users from the navigation bar directly above the Partner info. On the right hand side of the user requiring the password change, toggle the 3 dots and select Change Password

Step 2

A prompt will appear to enter a new password. 

Step 3

Save.


2. Sending a Password Reset Email

Step 1

Go to Partners > Manage > Click on the Partner > Select Users from the navigation bar directly above the Partner info. On the right hand side of the user requiring the password change, toggle the 3 dots and select Send Password Reset Email

Step 2

A prompt will appear to send the password reset email. 


Step 3

Once you hit "confirm", the user will receive an email in their inbox like the one below. They can now click on the link to reset their password. :


You can also access these functionalities from the partner user page. Go to Partners > Manage > Click on the Partner > Select Users from the navigation bar directly above the Partner info. Click on the User name to enter the User page. You will find these options under the Security tab.
