Managing Email Assets

To manage assets for email traffic, please utilize tab 8: Email when creating or editing an offer.


Step 1a. *Requires an OPTIONAL integration with Optizmo or Ezepo

If you are using Ezepo or Optizmo for your suppression list management, please make sure your integration is enabled under Control Center > Integrations > Suppression List. From here you will enter the login information provided by your suppression partner. 

Step 1b.

Now that you have your integration configured, you will see a toggle asking if you would like to enable the partner integration for the offer. These links will be accessible on the Offer page in the Affiliate login.

Step 2.

To add your approved Subject & From lines to the offer, turn on the toggle for Enable Email Instructions. When turned on (green), two boxes will open up and you will be able to list all approved Subject Lines, and all approved From lines for your email creative. Press enter after each line or paste in a list.

Step 3.

If you have or have been provided links to suppression files for the offer outside or an Optizmo or Ezepo integration, activate the toggle for "Enable Email Opt-out". When turned on (green), two boxes will open up and you will be able to provide links to both a Suppression File URL, and an Unsubscribe URL. These links will be accessible on the Offer page in the Affiliate login. 


Step 4.

Use the corresponding macros when editing/adding your email creative to pull in your unsubscribe link.

Save your settings
