What is an offer?

An offer is a product or app that you'd like to track and/or attribute partners' conversions and associated earnings.

How should I start?

To create a new offer, we recommend that you start by duplicating an existing offer.

*Your Customer Success Manager should walk you through the creation of your first offer during the onboarding stage.

To duplicate an offer:

OFFERS > MANAGE > Find an existing offer which is functioning successfully - Scroll to right side of the table and click on the three vertical dots and select 'Copy' to duplicate the existing offer.

After confirming settings as needed, click Edit under the General tab to start creating your offer.

If you prefer to create an offer from scratch instead of duplicating an existing offer, click OFFERS > ADD .

Below, please find a brief overview of each section for creating/editing an offer.

Please note - it is also possible to edit multiple offers at the same time. Please see - [Bulk Editing].

GENERAL > EDIT

1. GENERAL

Define the general settings for your offer.

(REQUIRED): Name, Status, Advertiser, Category, Currency, Base Destination URL

(OPTIONAL):  Preview URL, Description, Labels

(UNNECESSARY): App Identifier, Internal Notes, Project ID, Expiration Date.

For more information regarding parameters and macros for your Base Destination URL (tracking link), please see - [Parameters and Macros].

2. REVENUE & PAYOUT

Define the monetary values associated with offer conversions based on your network's perspective, as well as consecutive post-conversion events that occur after the initial conversion. Please note that events may also be added at the advertiser level.

Revenue = amount collected from an advertiser (accounts receivable)

Payout = amount paid to an affiliate (accounts payable)

For a deeper overview on defining revenue/payout, please see - [Revenue/Payout].

For a deeper overview on adding post-conversion events, please see - [Add Post Conversion Events].

For a deeper overview on redirecting failed traffic, please see - [Fail Traffic].

7. CREATIVES

GENERAL - EXTRA DESTINATION URLs/OFFER URLs (card)

Configure multiple URLs as landing pages for a single offer. Please note that it is also possible to create a Smart Link to randomly rotate multiple landing pages for a single offer.

You may also want to set a specific or private landing page for a specific offer and/or partner. This is a custom setting that will not override Extra Destination URLs. For more information about this feature, please see - [Custom Landing Pages].

For a deeper overview on extra destination URLs, please see - [Extra Destination URLs/Offer URLs].
